You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to ASANZUO products and services. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse account functions or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Product information
We aim to present products accurately, but photographs, finishes, colors, dimensions and other details may appear differently across devices or may be updated. Product suitability, final specifications and availability should be confirmed for the intended project before an order is accepted.
Quotations and orders
An enquiry, cart submission or other request does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance and any required payment or other stated condition has been satisfied.
- Pricing, currency, taxes, delivery charges and payment terms are those stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.
- Availability and estimated timing may change before acceptance.
- We may decline or cancel a request where information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred or the transaction cannot lawfully be completed.
Custom and project orders
Custom dimensions, finishes, configurations or other project requirements must be confirmed in writing. Once work or procurement has started, changes or cancellation may be limited and may involve costs already incurred.
Delivery, returns and warranty
The Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and Warranty pages form part of these terms where relevant. Any order-specific written terms take priority if they expressly differ from the general website information.
Intellectual property and third-party services
